The Bill of Rights and Me

The U.S. Bill of Right is important to me because it keeps me safe and tells me what I'm allowed to do.
Americans have the freedom of speech but it has it's limits. There are some form of speech that are not protect by the 1st amendment , and congress is allowed to makes laws regarding certain types of expression. For example you can't yell fire in a movie theater and cause a panic attack making many people get hurt.
The police can not search your car without a court paper unless necessary. According to the Supreme Court decisions, depends on weather they have a good reason. There is probably not sufficient reason for a search if the police is simply suspicious of the diver because of the way he is acting.
The right against unreasonable searches and seizures is highly important to most people because it's makes them feel disrespected.
A person can not be put in trail twice for the same crime. If they do it twice they are only going to do it again and again. They need to get enough evidence the first time. The only way to be put in trail again is by a different reason.
